Halloween is just a few days away! For those of you who haven’t found the right costume yet, here’s some celebrity inspiration.

Two years ago, a very pregnant Heidi Klum showed up to her own Halloween bash dressed as the Biblical serpent wrapped around a tempting apple. Husband Seal looks happy to don the blonde wig that caps off his Eve costume.

Last year, Heidi donned a scary cat costume to the same annual fiesta. We love a lady who isn’t afraid to look ugly on All Hallows Eve–even if it’s someone like Heidi, for whom looking scary takes a lot of effort. Many women choose to go the pretty route, like Minnie Driver.

Others think they can dress like they normally would, but keep with the theme with a bit of fake blood. They’re wrong: actress Caroline D’Amore looked terribly boring on Heidi’s red carpet last year.

Others, like Kyle McLachlan, took the fake blood to the next level with appropriate props.

Heidi hasn’t thrown her big scary bash yet this year, but other celebrities are getting their costumes on elsewhere. Gwen Stefani is a good egg, but it looks like husband Gavin Rossdale lamed out on her. Insert lame joke about bringing home the bacon.

If you’re a Grinch when it comes to Halloween, there’s no need to be. Nowadays it doesn’t take a lot of extra time or money to outfit yourself in a clever outfit for the “holiday.” And you don’t have to rely on something cheesy (though you can if you want, or course!) or cliche, you can get creative with your costumes as well.
Oh, and I know some people think that Halloween is the one day it’s OK to be skanky on Halloween, but for those of you that still prefer to keep it modest, we’ve got you covered.
So don’t say “bah humbug” this Halloween – snatch up a cute costume and party the night away!
